Team Laser Cats is a proud supporter of the Women Bike PHL Devo Program, a six-week intensive coached and mentored racing development team for women in Philadelphia. Co-founded by TLC’s Elisabeth Reinkordt, and with mentor help from most of our squad, the program is entering its third season this spring. This year, in addition to the road racing program, there will also be a mountain bike devo squad!
